it's been a long long time..i bake cookies.. zzz..2 days ago sharon ask me for the receipe for chocolate chip cookies i gave her.. cos she wan to bake for her 1st anni with her bf.. hahah.. on the night give her... she went to drive her mum's car out to buy all the ingredient.. called me and ask if dun have cake flour can replace top flour i can top flour and cake flour this 2 flour there's no different.. so she went home to bake.. cute lor when she's baking she tell me how long should she time all that.. that after that tell me she put 1 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder and 1/4 tablespoon of vanillia essence.. diao.. she see wrongly should be 1 1/2 TEASPOON baking powder and 1/4 TEASPOON vanillia essence.. diao.. so i suan her since u put so many liao u had to stir until ur hand very tired somemore she dun have the electric beater.. -.- than she told me her hand very tired liao.. bo bian.. at first she was thinking of coming my place to bake but so late liao bo bian.. hahaha.. anyway after that she baked finish she give me see her cookies is very nice by webcam.. very nice shape and colour.. haha..so i tried it today.. diao.. i think since i started sch i had not been baking anything 8mth nv bake and today just bake the cookies i broke my nail..wa lao.. pain lor.. tell my mummy i broke my nail and mummy laugh at me XIAO JIE mah.. bake cookies nail will broke off.. haahaa.. anyway my cookies taste not bad but but but.. problem is the shape is SUX.. diao.. i anyhow put one.. at first while i put in the oven i saw the cookies is .... very wet and looks so moist i was worry cos so long nv bake that thought not nice when to tell mummy mummy laugh at me..

anyway went to woodlands with mummy buy some food for tonight steamboat..hahah so i organise buy everything ready.. hahaha so just now while i driving and mummy sit beside me.. really happy that mummy had belived on my driving technique hahah no problem now and mummy did not say anything even i go wrong way.. heee.. hahah just now leave the car at downstair cos the car is quite dirty and asked my maid to help to wash.. heee.. looking forward for tonight STEAMBOAT heee...Cos yesterday asked daddy when wan to eat steamboat.. than daddy thought we go out eat.. i said no lah.. at home i prepare everything.. so daddy said saturday that is today outside confirm alot ppl. than i said yeah hor.. national day mah got firework confirm many ppl go and see.. so i said ok than i make the steamboat tomorrow that is today hahah...LOVES.. btw.. yesterday there's someone suddenly asked me in MSN r u there? than appear offline when i reach home i saw the offline msg and i reply.. dun know wat he wan to say.. heee Dun know later ganma coming my house or not.. ask her come and eat she said she nv bring any money on her.. diao.. everytime call her she will said i very busy cannot play mahjong.. diao.. act cute.. STEAMBOAT STEAMBOAT STEAMBOAT.. heeee.. loves.. so today food is mummy and i prepared and buy it... heee.. hope it will be nice and my chocolate cookies is done YUMMY YUMMY!!!
